Quick and Easy Cheesecake
 
12-ounce package vanilla wafers, crushed
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 8-ounce packages softened cream cheese
12-ounce container thawed whipped topping
 
Combine vanilla wafers, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter; press into the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch pan.
     In another bowl, cream remaining sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust; chill until firm and serve.
