Cotton Candy Cookies
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 tablespoons granulated fructose
2 teaspoons orange oil
(or your favorite oil)
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated

Beat granulated fructose, orange oil and rind into the stiff egg whites. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
   Bake at 325 degrees for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cool before serving.
