BBQ Flank
Steak

cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons
honey
2 tablespoons
vinegar
1-1/2
teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon
fresh minced ginger
1/2 cup
salad oil
1 green
onion, finely chopped
1-1/2
pounds flank steak
Mix soy sauce,
honey and vinegar; blend in garlic powder and ginger. Add oil and
chopped green onion. Put meat in plastic bag with marinade and let
stand at least four hours. Grill over glowing coals until cooked
to your taste. If you wish to baste the steak with sauce while grilling,
be sure to make a separate batch of sauce for marinating.
