Silk Smoothie

4 tablespoons flax seed oil
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup pineapple-orange- banana juice
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk or soy milk

Blend together with as many ice cubes as you like until desired consistency is reached.
